Victoria San Pedro Madani
Founding Partner
Victoria is a highly-skilled, passionate, and zealous personal injury attorney and one of the founding partners of Abogadas305.
Victoria was born and raised in Miami, Florida. A proud graduate from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Miami, where she graduated with honors. She then attended Stetson University College of Law on a merit-based scholarship. While in law school, Victoria was a member of Stetson’s nationally ranked trial team and moot court team. In addition to successfully participating in the advocacy programs at Stetson, Victoria was a senior editor with the Stetson Law Review. Victoria graduated summa cum laude and with numerous honors and awards.
After graduating from law school, Victoria practiced with a mid-sized firm where she handled casualty defense cases for a variety of industries, including aviation. Victoria handled cases from inception to trial and litigated numerous dispositive motions.
Thereafter, Victoria joined an AM-200 firm in its Miami office where she was a partner of the mass litigation/class action department. During her tenure at the firm, Victoria handled thousands of lawsuits and dozens of class-action lawsuits on behalf of insurers. Her experience representing insurers gave her a unique insight into the claims handling process and a better understanding of the valuation of claims from the insurer’s perspective.
Victoria now exclusively focuses on representing those injured as a result of the negligence of others. She focuses on plaintiff’s personal injury work. She has extensive experience handling cases involving slip and falls, automobile accidents, trip and falls, negligent security cases, dog bite cases, and defective product claims. She has handled cases involving spine injuries, knee injuries, shoulder injuries, head injuries, burn injuries, muscular injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.

Ana Cristina Berenguer, Esq., is a personal injury attorney with Abogadas305. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Ana received her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, Orlando, Florida in May 2019 and Bachelor of Business Administration in business management from Barry University, Miami, Florida in December 2015. While in law school, she interned with the Orange County Legal Aid Society and Guardian Ad Litem program and was also a volunteer advocate for children.
Ana began her legal career at a Coral Gables, Florida law office where she handled family law matters including divorce, preparation of prenuptial agreements, alimony, child custody and timesharing issues, relocation, modification actions, and paternity disputes. Thereafter, she began working as an associate at a personal injury firm focusing on auto personal injury cases from inception of case through trial or settlement. In addition, Ana has experience handling cases involving accidents and serious bodily injuries. Ana then decided to switch to the defense realm to gain more knowledge. Having represented insurance companies, Ms. Berenguer wanted to use her knowledge for the greater good by helping the injured get the compensation they deserve.
Above all, Ana is passionate about helping people in need and ensuring that injured clients get the justice and compensation they deserve.
